Sustainable, local & homemade

We look for the ingredients of our dishes locally and we make additional Ethica as much as possible yourself; such as beer, soft drinks and other drinks. In and around the restaurant are our own fruit trees, herb plants and cultivated vegetables; it doesn't get more local!
