Our meat consists exclusively of game that we hunt ourselves for the purpose of nature management and to prevent overpopulation. We look for the ingredients of our dishes locally and we make additional Ethica as much as possible yourself; such as beer, soft drinks and other drinks. In and around the restaurant are our own fruit trees, herb plants and cultivated vegetables; it doesn't get more local!
