We only serve dishes with sustainable, local and homemade ingredients. Our chef makes almost everything himself, which is normally bought by someone else. Think of cheeses, sausages, miso, soy sauce, and we also sell homemade beer and soft drinks. In our restaurant you can see between the freshly growing vegetables, spices and fruit trees. The meat is obtained in the most sustainable way and the vegetables are of course organic. In addition to the ingredients that come from ourselves, you can also order a door Ethica drink brewed beer, for the children we have our own soft drinks. Furthermore, our dishes are 80% vegetable and 20% prepared with local game.
