The recipe for French dressing / Fresh salad dressing:

1 tablespoon of mustard
2 finely chopped shallots
1 bunch parsley, tarragon or celery leaf
pepper and salt
200 milliliters sunflower oil
75 milliliters white wine vinegar
100 milliliters olive oil

Mix everything except the oil. Slowly whisk the oil into the mixture so it doesn't curdle.
