Our recipe for fudge cookies, tasty caramel cookies:
400 grams of sugar
300 grams of glucose
100 grams of honey
400 grams of butter
300 grams of flour
Heat the sugar, glucose, honey and butter until melted. Add flour. Let cool in refrigerator. Make small balls and bake at 6 degrees for about 175 minutes.
