Ethica restaurant was founded in June 2019 and is situated on the canal in The Hague in a stately building. The dining room has about 35 seats, we have a large terrace on the canal and we also rent a large and small room for parties. We serve a regularly changing 4-course dinner where each dish tells a specific story about sustainability.

Our concept aims to make our environment more sustainable and thereby create a better future for everyone. The concept is our basis and covers the resources we deploy for this. What are you going to do:

  • Receiving guests and assigning them a table on the terrace or in the restaurant.
  • Taking and serving orders.
  • You keep a close eye on everything so that no guest is short of something.
