The recipe for Asian fish cakes / Fishcakes Thai:

1 kilo of fish
1 kilo of butter
350 grams of sweet potato
4 spring onion
1/2 bunch coriander
1/2 bunch of mint
2 red peppers
2 eggs
4 centimeters lemongrass
1/2 tablespoon ginger
1 tablespoon red curry

Coarsely grate the sweet potato on a cheese grater. Mix the rest of the ingredients in the food processor to a kind of coarse paste. Mix this with the sweet potato to form a kind of dough. Press the fish cakes into the desired shape and thickness and fry until golden brown on both sides.
